Dear Qualex-Landmark,

When Carmen and I sold our place in the burbs after the kids had moved out we were looking to get "back into town“ and all that urban living had to offer; walk to work, Yaletown vibe, proximity to everything, etc.

We (Carmen mostly) had been investigating a number of buildings and the day after we sold we toured the Domus presentation centre. Layouts/materials in the show suites immediately caught our eye. No long narrow “tubes"; Domus wall system gave us the convertible expanded living space we were looking for without committing ourselves to a "dead zone" second bedroom. We bought within an hour of walking in the door.

Sales staff were professional, dynamic (and attractive) and it gave us an added shot of confidence re our purchase to realize many of the sales and development staff had bought within the complex themselves.

The online updates and little gifts (chocolates, soap, etc.) as building progressed were a nice added touch.

We've been impressed with the mix of people in the building and move in was relatively painless. There are some glitches (expected) with the opening of a new building (P2, painting of the hallway areas, etc.) , but our confident expectation is that all will be handled with the professionalism and commitment demonstrated to date.

If one needed further proof of the soundness of our decision to purchase in Domus, one need look no further than the local papers and real estate brochures detailing prices (sold) far beyond our original purchase price.

Our first two months of residence in the building has met and exceeded our expectations. The buildings distinct character, the simple and elegant interiors, and the quality fixtures and fittings are what originally attracted us to this development. After moving in, the few deficiencies that were discovered during the walk-through were promptly repaired. Thank you, thank you, thank you. From our initial meeting with you and your representative, Pat Lok, the purchase of our home in the Crandall Building has been a delightful experience. During the past 27 years, we have been involved in several real estate transactions and this has been one of the most enjoyable ones.

We truly appreciated working with your staff who were at all times times courteous and accommodating. They were wonderful in all aspects of this transaction - contract preparations, negotiations, and most important communication and attitude. Whenever we had questions or concerns regarding the construction stage of the building, our needs were met with prompt communication from either your staff or yourselves. This was greatly appreciated.

Upon closing and possession of our unit we were further impressed with the detail oriented "Black Owner's Manual". This manual, which is very efficiently indexed, has been most helpful to us with regard to warranties, use and maintenance of our appliances, produts and specific materials within our unit. An added sense of comfort was met when we met with the representatives from the Crosby Property Management Company.

It was nice to experience the "positive" and feel the "caring" during a time which could have been trying and negative. Again, please accept our deepest gratitude for everything you have all done for our family this past year.

After living in Toronto for the past ten years - from trendy King West Village to the family-friendly Danforth neighbourhood - it soon became clear to my wife and I our tastes leaned to clean, modern lines and urban cityscapes than Home Depot renos and cutting the grass on Saturday mornings.

After 6 years at the University of Calgary and 5 years working real estate - it was time to get a piece of my own. Not to mention, complete my progression out of the 'burbs and throw myself into the hubbub and bustle that is the heart of Calgary. So I took a peek at Luna. Smart looking building, built by a reputable developer, at a great price, in a great location - a few blocks south is vibrant 17th Ave. and in the other direction, downtown, the Bow River and the river pathway system. The constantly evolving nature of its position in the Beltline means the "street scene" is constantly changing and the view from my windows will always be a little bit different. I don't think I'll get bored anytime soon. Walking distance to great amenities and the Midtown Co-op just across the street means I can get out of my car and enjoy the benefits of a healthier, pedestrian friendly lifestyle. The well-equipped gym with 18ft ceilings was also a pretty nice perk. The suite itself has a great layout, stylish finishings and enough space to comfortably entertain some friends for dinner - afterwards we can go down to the lounge for a game of pool.

I believe that purchasing a pre-sale condominium at LUNA was a great idea for my wife and I. We paid a small deposit upfront and were able to keep our flexibility to both manage and create new investments while preparing for our future possession date. With our new home at LUNA, we feel that we have time to plan and prepare for our expected move-in but also recognize that at time of delivery we have the ability to rent the suite for additional income, or sell the home if our life plans change and the market allows us to do so.

My wife and I purchased a home at LUNA mid 2008 and despite Calgary's economic uncertainty we never felt any sense of poor judgment and with recent pricing revisions we feel even more positive about our ownership decision.

I was a first time home buyer in March 2001. My realtor spent a day showing me different condos in the Burnaby area and each one we entered she'd say, "Oh, you'll like this one but I know you'll buy the last one I show you." And she was right. *When I entered the apartment at 18 Trees I said, "I'm home."* The open living design concept, the vaulted ceiling, and the efficient use of space all worked together to provide a welcoming haven. I still own my condo at 18 Trees but am currently living in Calgary.
