Since 1982, Mr. Navabi has been involved in the real estate industry as both an investor and a developer. With a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in management, he brings his considerable experience to bear on the planning, financing, construction and marketing of commercial and residential real estate projects. The list of projects that he has had a hand in developing is long indeed. They include Symphony at Whistler, Eighteen Trees in Burnaby, Stella and Nova in Calgary and Domus and Pomaria in Vancouver.
There can be no greater endorsement of what a developer does than to move into one of his own projects. In 2006, he did just that.
Mr. Esfahani holds an M.Sc. in Construction Management from the University of Oklahoma. Since earning this degree, he has been involved as a development manager and owner/investor in numerous commercial and residential real estate projects. He has worked as the developer and partner on such notable Lower Mainland projects as The Crandall, Alda, Domus and Pomaria, as well as Stella and Nova in Calgary.
Mr. Esfahani recognizes the value of the unique architectural landscape that has become known as Vancouverism. He has a true appreciation for architecture as art, and it is reflected in the work that Qualex-Landmark does.
